Are these real brand perfumes?
We are in no way affiliated with the mentioned brands. We create blends in the same high end factories as designer fragrances, inspired by brand & designer fragrances, upholding the same high quality standards, so we can bring to our customers an affordable alternative to their favorite designer perfumes.
Why are they so affordable?
By eliminating unnecessary packaging, advertising, celebrity endorsements, middlemen and prestige pricing that designer brands do, we managed to focus all our efforts on the juice. This way we can deliver a high-quality fragrance with the exact same luxury scent, for a fraction of the price. For more information about our pricing check the transparent pricing section.
Are these perfumes long lasting?
All of our perfumes are designed to be very long lasting, just like designer fragrances, depending on the composition.
How long will a 100ml bottle last?
Depending on usage habits, within an average of being used once per day, a 100ml bottle may last anywhere between 4 to 6 months.
Are the fragrances tested on animals?
No & never! All of our perfumes are a 100% vegan.
Is there a way to try the perfume?
We don't like regrets. In order to have a risk-free purchase we give you full freedom to try out the main bottle directly after you've accepted the order and paid for it, if you love it, you can shower yourself in your new favorite juice. If you don’t love it, send it back and we’ll refund you just as we’ve always done.
How should I store my perfume?
Ideally, perfumes should be kept away from direct light or heat or drastic changes in temperature.
Where should I apply my perfume?
Your pulse points, located on the inside of your wrists, inner elbows, below your belly button, and behind your ear lobes and knees, are where your veins sit closest to your skin, so you can (literally) feel your pulse. These warm spots on your body emit extra body heat, which helps to naturally diffuse a scent.
What does diffusion of a perfume mean?
When perfumers talk about diffusion, they are referring to how the perfume's aromatic compounds behave in the air. A good perfume diffusion is neither too subtle or overwhelming.
Why can't I smell my perfume after a while?
Its a phenomena called 'nose fatigue'. After a few minutes of spraying a perfume on yourself, you will not smell it. The nose registers that smell and in a while gets saturated with the same smell. Hence in perfume shops they offer to smell coffee beans, which breaks the smell so your nose can smell other odours.

What is your return or exchange policy?
Online Orders
Return or exchange any main bottle you choose not to keep within 14 days, no questions asked.
Discovery sets are not eligable for exchanges or returns.
Please note that the exchange will take place once.

Exchanges and returns are only permissable if the perfume has not been used and the request is made within 14 days or purchase with reciept.

How can I return or exchange my order?
Go on the return & exchange page and select the order you wish to return or exchange.
My order is damaged, what should I do?
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customers must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.
Shipping
Where do you ship & how much does shipping cost & how long does it take?
We ship all over Egypt.
Greater Cairo (5-7 business days): 80 EGP, free for orders of 1,500 EGP and up.
Alexandria (5-7 business days): 80 EGP, free for orders of 1,500 EGP and up.
Canal Cities (5-8 business days): 100 EGP, free for orders of 2,200 EGP and up.
Delta (5-8 business days): 90 EGP, free for orders of 2,200 EGP and up.
Rest of Egypt (5-8 business days): 115 EGP, free for orders of 2,500 EGP and up.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address as long as the order has not been fulfilled yet. We are unable to make any changes after this time-frame due to the automated nature of our fulfilment.

When will my order ship?
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.
Orders typically take up to 1 business days to process. Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next business day.All orders are shipped from our warehouse, so depending on where you are located, it can take between 5 to 7 business days to arrive. We ship Saturday through Thursday, excluding Fridays and holidays. After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
What should I do if I have problems with my order?
While we are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages, we still want you to have the best experience with us. If you have concerns, please contact us at smellgood@nspiredbeauty.com to explain your situation and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.
