Good quality, good CS but won’t buy it online again

Had issues with the courier company, and Nspired customer service team were very responsive, and professional.
However when the order was received I found the perfume to be dark yellow colored, noting that I’ve been using the same one for the past 2 month and its completely clear. The new one looks old or something is wrong, not sure what it is exactly.
To sum up I’ll buy it again however won’t be online which is less convenient.
